Villa Marsica E is a modern and graceful two-story apartment immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Marsica E you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Marsica E is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two shared patios, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Miane, a few steps from restaurants and shops.
Villa Marsica E is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately eight stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Marsica E you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. If necessary, you can park additional cars along the public roads, at approximately 500 meters/550 yards (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The complex is composed of 3 separate buildings sharing a garden, two patios and a swimming pool. It sleeps about 40 people in total.
Villa Marsica A is a wonderful independent house, Villa Marsica D is located in a separate building. Villa Marsica B, Villa Marsica C, Villa Marsica E and Villa Marsica F are part of a detached building, located next to the garden.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with masonry benches. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of September.

Patio 1
The first patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio 2
The second patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with chairs. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings include a leather sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

We have rented Villa Marsica E for three families to celebrate 60th anniversary of one of us. We would like to thank Ernestina [the owner] and Luca for great hospitality. We enjoyed location and surroundings.
We enjoyed cooking in comfortable fully equipped kitchen, sitting and eating in dinning room. We enjoyed morning coffee, made in excellent coffee machine. We were sleeping well in comfortable beds in cozy nicely decorated rooms.
Guys, you are in great location for people, who knows what they want. Not everyone wants to be on sea side accompanied by one million of other people. Some like to be alone. Your place is perfect.

Die Wohnung war auber und ordentlich, die Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Im Haus war fast alles Benötigte vorhanden auch Handtücher, was sehr praktisch ist. Einzig eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen hat uns gefehlt. Der wunderschöne Ort Miane ist klein und verschlafen bietet aber alles was man braucht.
