Pleasant and comfortable stone-built house on a vast closed garden. Located at 100 m of the edge of Yonne in a small village close to the medieval city of Clamecy (3 km), regional park of Morvan (15 km) and Vezelay (20 km).
Stay great volume with chimney, American kitchen. In Rez-of-fitted, a renovated room this year with a double bed and an also renovated room this year with two simple beds. On the floor, a mezzanine with a simple bed and a vast room with a bed doubles and a simple bed. Two bathrooms and two independent WC.
Barbecue, table and garden chairs, long chairs. Possibility of renting 2 bicycles (20€ per week).

Maison agréable facile à vivre, possibilité de rester dans le jardin ( repas et farniente). Literie excellente . Cuisine bien équipée..
Petite suggestion : un petit coin pour un compost ne serait pas inutile surtout pour l’été .

La maison a un certain charme rustique. L'environnement est agréable. Belle balade le long de l'Yonne. Quelques kilomètres à effectuer pour découvrir aux alentours Guédelon, St Fargeau, la vallée du cousin et tant d'autres choses.

la hauteur de la porte d'accès a la chambre principale a l'etage est etonnement basse ce qui est un danger pour les personnes de grande taille.
le lave vaisselle n'est pas très performant.
