About this house rental
Two hours from Paris, on the borders of Burgundy and the Loire region, a haven of peace in the Nivernais countryside.
You will discover at 5 Kms from Charité sur Loire, a pretty house of the XIX century comfortable and warm entirely renovated for 4 to 6 people (children included) on a closed, flowered and sported garden of 500 m2
Located in a hamlet in the town of Raveau, on the edge of the Bertranges forest, with very little traffic, peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Ideal for spending time there on weekends or longer to unwind as a couple, family or friends.
A peaceful atmosphere emanates from the living room. It plays on the charm of authenticity with its beams and exposed stones. It aims to be conducive to calm and relaxation.
Beautifully decorated, this house offers a warm living room in winter with its fireplace and cool in summer thanks to its thick stone walls.
A pretty bouquet of freshly picked garden flowers brings a rustic touch to your arrival.
The living room opens onto a practical and functional fully equipped kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplates)
Farm eggs and a bottle of Pouilly offered by Valérie, the owner will enhance your first meal.
The 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room, can sleep 6 people very comfortably (2 double beds, 2 single beds) and a cot can be made available.
2 bathrooms with WC fully equipped and tiled complete the equipment of the house.
Electric heating (included) and fireplace
(1 cubic meter of wood offered) provide cozy warmth in late season and winter evenings.
Household linen is provided in its entirety (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths)
Internet access is available.
Television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system.
The green, sunny and quiet garden is fully enclosed: child safety is guaranteed.
A very pleasant outdoor arbor allows meals to be taken in summer.
A playground and relaxation area is available for the little ones and includes: a cabin, a swing, 2 slides, 1 sandpit, 1 table with its parasol and a swing for children.
But also for older children: table tennis table and its equipment, 2 sun loungers and a garden furniture set.
As the seasons go by, don't hesitate to pick up strawberries, mirabelle plums or apples from the garden.

Valerie is the absolute best host and more importantly one of the best humans my family has had the opportunity to meet. Not only did she attend to the few maintenance issues with diligence and enthusiam, she also was compassionate and supportive during a family crisis. We are proud to call her a friend. Her home reflects her warmth and beauty. We look forward to our future visits.
