Het is een heerlijk huis, voorzien van alle gemakken! We hebben elke ochtend en (wanneer we thuis aten) lekker ge-bbqd! Je bent zo in het gezellige dorp voor een leuk restaurantje, fijne bakker of uitgebreide supermarkt, waar je ook goedkoop kunt tanken. Ook in de buurt of op een redelijke reisafstand is er genoeg te doen! We zouden, als we nog eens naar Zuid-Frankrijk gaan, zeker hier terug willen komen!

Wir wurden von der Verwalterin empfangen. Da wir (vorher angekündigt) eine Stunde später ankamen - auf einer Strecke vom Ruhrgebiet bis in die Provence kann man die Zeit nicht genau einhalten, hatte die Verwalterin keine Zeit mehr für uns, das Notwendige zum Haus zu erklären. Hinzu kam, dass wir sofort die Kaution, die Reinigung, den Aufenthalt für den Hund sowie das (nichtgebuchte Bettzeug - ich hatte vor der Anreise noch mit einer Mitarbeiterin von Belvilla telefoniert, die mir erklärte, dass ich das dann vor Ort klären könnte) bezahlen musste. Mit den Worten - ich kriege das Geld, sonst kriegen Sie nicht den Schlüssel, haben wir natürlich bezahlt. Sofort wurden die Modalitäten für die Abreise besprochen - dafür wurde kein erneutes Treffen vereinbart. Wie man dann klären kann, ob alles o.k. war (auch bezüglich der Kaution) erschließt sich uns nicht. Eine Quittung über das gezahlte Geld erhielten wir auch auf Anfrage nicht, das wäre nicht üblich.Das Haus hatte vieles zu bieten, leider auch viel Schmutz in Form von verschmutzen Pfannen und Töpfen, Knoblauchpresse, offene Nudeltüten sowie offene Chipstüten. Schälchen mit Zucker, aufgeschnittene Wurstscheiben im Körbchen, blinde Gläser und vieles mehr. Am 22. Juni gab es durch einen Defekt einen Stromausfall in der Gegend. Dass es kein Schaden in unserem Ferienhaus war, wurde zunächst nicht geglaubt. Ein Elektriker wurde geschickt, der das ganze dann bestätigte. Außerdem schickte uns dann die Verwalterin eine Information des dortigen Stromanbieters mit dem Hinweis auf die Arbeiten. Das größte Problem aber war, dass wir das elektrische Einfahrtstor zum Grundstück nicht händisch öffnen konnten. Wir hatten also keine Möglichkeit das Grundstück zu verlassen weder zu Fuß noch mit dem Auto. Da konnte uns keine Information gegeben werden, wie man das ohne Strom öffnen könnte. Das ist natürlich ein Unding und außerdem möglicherweise sehr gefährlich, wenn man in einer Notsituation das eingezäunte und mit Büschen bepflanzte Grundstück nicht verlassen kann. Alles in allem eine unschöne Situation.

Eén grote Nachtmerrie ! Volgens de site was schoonmaak optie, bij aankomst bleek het verplicht 200€. Het huis lag er vies en vuil bij, al bij al tevreden dat we zelf andermans troep niet dienden op te ruimen! De verantwoordelijke (poetsvrouw?) zou de dag nadien komen....maar durfde blijkbaar niet, niemand gezien. Heb veel bewijsfoto's genomen van drollen op de rand van zwembad, kasten vol rommel, halvolle zak chips, vervallen keukenkruiden, kleverig rottende worst, vieze plakkerige handvaten van keukenschuiven, verstopte afloop in badkamer, stofnetten in leefruimte, verwilderde tuin, grondverzakkingen op terras waar onkruid de bovenhand krijgt, enz.... teveel om op te noemen. Kortom dit is een schandaal !
