About this apartment rental
This is a cozy 1150 square foot 2 bedroom , 1full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a half bath as well, furnished condo in Bonita. Everything in Condo is NEW. There is a Laundry Room, Pool, and Outdoor Jacuzzi on site. There is also a dedicated parking spot for unit. ( Which in San Diego is a blessing) There is a starbucks, resturants, and grocery stores just down the road in Bonita as well as a golf course and walking / jogging trails. The condo is located off the 54 freeway. The property is a short drive to Downtown, Airport, Coronado, Lajolla, Zoo, Sea World, Point Loma, Beaches, Old Town, and all other sights San Diego offers. This is a Great place to stay and enjoy San Diego. There are air mattresses in front closet, as well as tv's and dvd players in both bedrooms and living room. The condo has basic cable, and is completely furnished with everything needed to accommodate stay. There is Pool, Laundry Room, and Jacuzzi access keys, as well as your dedicated covered labeled parking spot right down from the unit. The unit has very nice, plush queen mattress sets in each bedroom. There is also board games in unit for use, as well as small ice coolers to take to beach if needed. In the unit we also have beach towels and chairs to take to the beach if you would like. This is a quiet living area and as of 10 pm noise needs to be to a minimum out of respect for neighbors. Again there in absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS ALLOWED. To go and visit any sights in San Diego you are only a short drive to most all of them. Monday thru Friday 7am - 9am and 4pm till 6ish I would try and avoid being on freeways due to high traffic. (These are just my opinions on driving in San Diego Area) . If you want a Great place to stay at night, that is very nice and clean, this would be one to consider. The prices will change on Holidays and special events, that being said don't hesitate to contact me with questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond, always checking in to make sure everything was going well and making us feel truly welcomed. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our large family to feel comfortable. It was spacious, well-kept, and perfect for our gathering. The only small downside was that it did get a bit warm inside during the day, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Chula Vista. It was incredibly comfortable, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space and great amenities. The location was perfect, just a short drive to everything we wanted to do, in a safe and quiet area. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi and it was quiet and peaceful at night. We slept great in the comfortable beds.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Joe was so accommodating and easy to reach, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

We spent 4 days in San Diego. We were about 20 minutes from everything. A grocery store and restaurants close by. Host was very responsive to text and good to answer questions.

The Owner was AWSOME and very friendly and went out of his way to help me any way possible, if I needed anything or had questions he responded back instantly!!!!I will be renting agian on my next stay...
