About this house rental
This spacious Guest House has two rooms, the first one is a large Master Suite with a Queen-sized bed, a double bed, a sitting area with a couch, and a huge bathroom that accommodates up to four guests. The second is a spacious room with a Queen- sized bed. There is plenty of closet and drawer space along with a desk/workspace as a convenience for business travelers. TV and Wifi. Keyed lock.
•Please note, there is no kitchen but it has a microwave, mini-fridge and other small appliances.

The Guest House is attached to the main house but it has its own private entrance and private yard and patio.
In order to provide our guests with a better experience, once in a while, we make changes to the room decor, such as the paintings rugs, throw pillows, table orientation, among other minor changes.

Icon says "kitchen", and "kitchenette", but description says no kitchen. What is the "kitchenette" is a table with a microwave on it. You have to clean the dishes in the bathroom sink. This space is a home to the owner. Its 2-bedrood, 1 bath similar to a hotel room. The outside bbq and patio were nice. The owner was very responsive though he didn't replace the batteries on the lock after we were locked out because of flat batteries. The key he gave us worked.

This is a great location to be. Right in the middle of a lot to do in San Diego, Tijuana, and the various beaches. And after it's all done, a very comfortable bed awaits. Truly, an oasis.
