It consists of a large living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (room and bedroom Raphael Kiss) very large, both with private bathroom. The bedroom suite is equipped with a Jacuzzi for couples positioned opposite the bed, TV, air conditioning and wi fi. Thanks to its composition, the apartment can also be rented for only 2 people making it a romantic suite to spend a pleasant stay in the city center. The two bedrooms are separated by a large living room with living area and fully equipped modern kitchen.

This 2 BR 2 Bath apartment was actually two private bedrooms with private baths and a large shared kitchen and living room. SO comfortable and - most important in the intense summer heat we experienced - AIR CONDITIONED!!! The location was fabulous - little stores with things we needed right outside our door and outstanding restaurants. Even in the summer, Perugia was not crowded with tourists and it was a delightful place to spend a few days.

The unit was spacious, modern, well appointed and was well suited to our needs, however, we were extremely disappointed that the owner did not inform us of major renovation work on the apartment being carried out during our stay. The whole building front was scaffolded. Repair work was being carried out on the roof and early morning noise and dust was a major issue.
