About this chalet rental
A beautiful Chalet located at Norton Park Dartmouth which is in a stunning location overlooking fields and far reaching views to the sea at start point,
The Park itself is 1.5 miles from Dartmouth town centre with plenty of Shops, Cafe's and Restaurants. There is a Lidl, Sainsbury, Leisure Centre and Park & Ride within walking distance. Norton Park is the perfect location for exploring the South Hams with picturesque countryside, coastlines and many lovely beaches nearby like Slapton Sands and the award winning Blackpool Sands. Torbay (Brixham, Paignton and Torquay) is only a short drive using the ferry from Dartmouth to Kingswear.
There is a golf course and Woodlands Theme Park nearby.
The Chalet has two Bedrooms and can sleep upto 6 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge, there is a modern shower room and well stocked Kitchen for all your self catering needs. There is a Television with DVD player. All Duvets, Pillows and Bed Linen is included in the price. Outside there are large grass areas where children can play safely and you can sunbathe. There is a numbered allocated parking space.
One Well behaved dog allowed.
Electric is by £1 coin meter in Kitchen cupboard

The property was clean and tidy , and certainly adequate for a family. I loved the view as I am a country girl and loved looking out in the morning at the fields and the cows. I forgot to take my radio so missed my morning music so perhaps one could be added another year. I would certainly like to return another year so will keep your details. Many thanks Anne Richards.

The chalet was the perfect place for a holiday with our daughter and grandson. The chalet itself had everything we needed and the location was perfect, quiet with a large grassy area for our grandson to play. Would definitly recommend!

We stayed for one week three adults & one dog .
Very welcome after a long journey was the shortbread and milk waiting for us.
The towels and bedding were clean the beds made ready for us.
The property was as described well equipped with a lovely green outlook ideal for our elderly dog not overlooked .
Only slight negative was the front window which was misty and probably needs the double glazing unit replacing and the curtain pull in the small bedroom needs attention.
Overall though we enjoyed our stay and thought it was value for money.

The Chalet couldnt have been in a nicer position, it overlooked the area and was easy to get to. Im not sure if Id have enjoyed it if I was in the middle of the camp, but this chalet was on the edge so perfect for those who want to get away from it all.Only managed to set the fire alarm off once (record for me :) ) The only downside in my opinion was no net curtains, but other than that, I couldnt fault the place.
