Room was lovely and clean and served our family of 4 well. Breakfast was decent and had good hot selection.

Hotel is in a great location, short walk to city centre while overlooking the river. Rooms are quiet at night and hotel is well presented.
Springy bed, have definitely slept in more comfortable hotel beds. Breakfast was poor - no croissants and pastries out and had to wait for them to be brought. Asked for jam to go on toast but the hotel had run out of jam. Seriously! It's the lack of small attention to detail which makes breakfast poor enough.
