The location was very central for hop on hop of buses and start of tours. There were many bars and restaurants around the hotel too.
The staff were outstanding in their friendliness. They always welcomed with a smile and went out of their way to help!
The room had a fully equipped kitchen area. This was such a bonus as you could have breakfast or lunch there when you wanted to. A real positive in an expensive city!
I will return to this hotel when I visit Belfast again! My only criticism is the colour of the decor in the room. It was quite dark and austere. But this is only down to personal taste!

We love the location and the layout of the rooms their great
The mattress was horrendous to be honest we left with a sore back. We love the hotel but its the second time we stayed and left with back pain in the morning unfortunately it has kind of put us off we wanted to buy vouchers for Christmas but we are looking about at other options
