Nice location, good communication, comfortable bed, a mini kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge, onsite parking, patio doors into garden. Price was good and overall, was worth the price
Earliest check-in later than most places (6pm).If you're going out at night, it's good to have a torch for your return as no light switch by front door. Light switch at other end if short corridor. Bedside lamp plugged in such a place that switch cannot be reached from in the bed. Very overwhelming smell of cleaning fluids upon entry. Once that cleared, the smell in the kitchen and bathroom was unpleasant. Shower grouting and curtain dirty.

Location not far from Birmingham Airport about 10 to 15 minutes.
Being woken at 11p.m by owners son shouting and swearing at his mother arguing and banging about for well over a hour then not being able to get back to sleep for a long time it was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. Lesson learned you get what you pay for We would never stay again
