Room was nice except that there is a roof light directly above the bed with no curtain. Staff on site were great, kitchen was nice and felt clean.
So I arrived and my key was not in the lock box. Couldn't get through on the phone number given for about half an hour. Stay was fine mostly - until I got back from work one day and they had cleared my room and all my clothes were gone. I had an evening work event to get to so 20 minutes of them not picking up the phone was very painful (there was no one in, I think unfortunate timing). I did get everything back except a sock, with the offer that I could have a free late checkout which, I mean great.
I think this was just really unlucky - the place felt nice to be in and the staff on site were notably good.
