About this house rental
Hello, we want to highlight that our accommodation is located in the open countryside on a paved farm road traveled only by residents in the area. It consists of a single large apartment perfect for groups of friends or families: children are welcome. As far as cleaning is concerned, Villa Dante has been using steam machines for years in ownership in the utmost hygiene and attention to the environment. After cleaning, the house is completely disinfected by a specialized Company and, inside the house, you will find the sanitary certificate. The linen provided comes from a specialized laundry for tourism. We are therefore waiting for you this summer at Villa Dante to recover those days of relaxation and serenity that we all need in these times.
Villa Dante is located in Maremma, which is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany.
The large house is in the countryside, 2 min. away from the village of Albina and 3 min from the beaches of Giannella.
At the ground floor there is a circa 128,70 square meters apartment: N° 3 bedrooms + n°3 bathrooms; a big living room with fireplace and the kitchen. Outside the house there is the terrace, a big bersot and the barbecue point. Around the house there is a very big garden from which you can have a view of Monte Argentario.
In the garden there are n° 3 pine-woods, the green and oleander hedges, n° 2 bersots, n° 2 barbecues points and sunbath areas. In the garden there is a parking place and a driveway for the cars.

La casa in piena campagna accanto ad un campo di girasoli è perfetta per un piacevole soggiorno in contatto con la natura. Il prato e il gazebo antistanti rappresentano un'ottima sfogo per passare le serate all'aperto. Le tende attorno al gazebo permettono di cenare fuori senza essere disturbati dalle zanzare. Unico suggerimento per l'eccellenza rinnovare i pensili della cucina predisponendo uno scolapiatti.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne Ferienwohnung und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr ruhige und abgelegene Lage. Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber gut und schnell erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Villa Dante è esattamente come descritta: immersa nella pace di ulivi, campi e pini marittimi ma allo stesso tempo a breve distanza in auto dalle spiagge dell'Argentario, della Maremma e da bellissimi borghi medioevali. La sig.ra Grazia ed il figlio Giuseppe ci hanno accolto con un aperitivo di benvenuto illustrandoci la casa, la zona e dandoci suggerimenti utilissimi su dove mangiare. Eravamo in 7 e le tre stanze, ognuna con bagno dedicato, ci hanno garantito privacy e relax. La cucina è multi accessoriata: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera e quant'altro vi venga in mente c'è! All'esterno cene sotto il gazebo, barbecue e ping pong. Che dire, non potevamo fare vacanze migliori! Grazie!

We had a lovely week at Grazia’s house with our two small children. Grazia has made every effort to ensure we had all that we needed, including toys for the children and checking in advance about things we may need. She was a warm and welcoming host and we enjoyed our stay very much despite the rain. When the sun did shine, we found some excellent beaches and nice spots to visit. The kids particularly loved the Giardino del tarocchi- weird and wonderful.
