The holiday house lies in a quiet but not isolated area, in the beautiful Maremma.
The outdoor area features a portico, furnished with a table and chairs. The garden is completely fenced in and therefore particularly suitable for guests with a pet. In the garden there are also car parking spaces. The owners are 2km away and available around the clock.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with access to the portico, and a small bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are the bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one single room, as well as a bathroom with a bath. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove with four hot plates, an electric oven and a dining area, as well as all crockery and cutlery and a coffee machine.
The beaches and the village of Castiglione della Pescaia are just 2km away.
