Farmhouse for rent; typical house in the Languedoc Roussillon region located in Les Hauts de Nîmes, 3 km away from the city centre. Privileged situation, not overlooked by any neighbour, with an enclosed terraced garden and cicadas in summer.
Number of rooms: 6 (2 large bedrooms, one with a large bed, 1 with a trundle-bed, and 1 on the Mezzanine with sofa bed for 2 people. 1 TV room, 1 large living room with veranda, 1 well equipped kitchen/dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 toilet). Living space: 90 sq.m. Capacity: up to 6 people. A 900-sq.m garden with trees with terrace and solarium. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, 1 double trundle bed.
Bed linen can be provided. Equipment: fridge, a traditional-microwaves oven, 2 ring induction hob, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, kitchenware, etc. Garden equipment: garden table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol and plancha.
It is 10 min away from the bus stop, shops and restaurants nearby. It is 3 km away from highway and from TGV train station 3 km from Nîmes centre, the Roman village (the arena, the Jardins de la Fontaine, the Maison Carrée, the Pentecost and harvest festivals, the festival of Nîmes, activities all summer, etc.). Vacqueroles golf course: 4 km away, Campagne golf course: 14 km away, 45 km from the sea, 25 km from Pont du Gard, at the gates of Cévennes (Uzès, Anduze, the beaches of la Camargue, Grande Motte and Grau-du-Roi, and the centre of La Scamandre. It is half an hour from Provence, so you can visit the festivals of Avignon and meet new people in Arles.

A quirky and characterful property with lovely mature garden with natural shade. The pool was very welcome to cool us in the unusually extreme heat for June and air conditioning really appreciated.
