Villa of 125m2, on wooded grounds of 2000 m2, very peaceful environment, no vis-à-vis, with swimming pool (10m x 4.5m) and spa (4 places). The swimming pool is in service from May to September, the spa depending on weather conditions.

.a fitted kitchen (hob, oven, sink, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric barbecue),

.a garden furniture for 8 people under a pergola,

The first bedroom has a double bed 140, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table, a small TV and a single bed.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed in 160 and a wardrobe.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed 140 and a desk.
An extra bed in 90 allows additional sleeping.
Free WIFI access. Possibility of parking (3 cars). Nearby bus to train station or city center. For shopping, a supermarket, a bakery and a butcher are nearby and a local market is held every Tuesday morning.
