Everything! Great location, wonderful property, extremely kind , friendly lady, Signora Giovanna. I felt like home but it was even better. I look forward to meeting again this amazing lady and to explore this beautiful Verona.

perfect location for getting to via public transport, very close to city centre and river. supermarket and bakery next door.
lots of space and facilities available within the apartment and we were able to leave our bags before check in.
balcony was nice.
the beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaky, my mum had to sleep on the sofa instead. There was also some blood droplets on the floor in the bedroom, whether this was a permanent stain I’m not sure, but it was off-putting.
The host was helpful in sorting our airport taxi but unfortunately during a complication with this which wasn’t our fault he was extremely rude to us. communication should have been better, considering the cost to stay.
The key was also very tough in the lock, it took us a while to get the door open.
