Ganz toller sorgender Vermieter, der jederzeit sofort zur Hilfe bereit ist.
Kontaktloser stressfreier Zugang zur Wohnung.
Ein sorgenfreier Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Eine geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Bädern.
Großer Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine.
Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer.
Supermärkte in jeder Richtung.
Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus.
Heizung und Rolläden.
Alles perfekt, wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Unterkunft, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

unkomplizierter und netter Kontakt, tolle großzügige Wohnung in zentraler Lage, vorteilhaft ist auch der Parkplatz in einer Park-Garage, in nächster Nähe sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte

Great location, close to the train station with great ATV bus stops next to it to get around the city in no time. Spacious apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Flat screens in each room with netflix and other subscriptions for chilling out after a long day on your feet sightseeing. Having air conditioning was fantastic after arriving out of the hot sun each day.
Contact from Marco was superb and always on hand to help with anything during our stay.
Access to the apartment is via vikey smaryphone app system. It allows you to remotely open the building door when you buzz the flat number. You then use an apartment button in the app to release the apartment door.
This isnt a negative as it worked ok for us, but I was always concerned if our phone died or was lost, we would have great difficulty getting back into the apartment as we'd also have no way of contacting Marco and the building isn't manned with a reception.
As I say, this isn't a negative as it worked fine and is a smart solution to access at any time of arrival without Marco needing to be there, but it's worth bearing in mind for those not so tech savvy or without smartphones.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern eine Nacht in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist top ganz in der Nähe der Arena, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Rolläden haben den Raum komplett verdunkelt, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt hat. Auch bei großer Hitze war es dank der gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, sie war prompt, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!
