About this house rental
Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the beach Caroual (200m) and 10 minutes (450 m) from the city center.
Comfortable residence, 85 m2, full foot, fully renovated with enclosed garden with two terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Main access through a veranda with an office area, distributing on one side:
2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 140/200, the other, small room with bunk beds 90/200 (access to the terrace). A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), a separate toilet.
On the other side :
living room open on an equipped kitchen area,
a bathroom with sink and storage
a bedroom (bed 160/200) opening onto a patio with furnished terrace.
An independent storeroom is equipped with a fridge
additional freezer, washing / drying machine, storage, games and beach accessories.
Obligatory cleaning fee: 60 Euros
No pets allowed
Bed linen: 8 Euros / pers / stay
Kitchen towels: provided
Towels: 8 Euros / pers / stay
Foldable baby bed and high chair

The house is close to the beach and the center of Erquy.
