About this house rental
The house is located in the Côtes d'Armor (Côte du Goëlo), in the town of Lanloup (22580) at a place called "Kermagadel" 1600m from Bréhec beach (fine sand lined with pebbles), its small port and coastal paths (the sea is 20 minutes on foot by the path that passes by the house).
Plouha 5 min, Plouezec 5 min, Paimpol 10 min, pier Ile de Bréhat (flower island) 20 min,
Saint Quay Portrieux 15 min, Saint Brieuc 30 min

Very good comfort level.
The surface of the house is approximately 130 M² - Construction in local stone. Very calm environment. Not overlooked. The house has independent access, two annexes to house garden furniture and your bikes, a private and enclosed flowered courtyard with large sun terrace (electric blind). Garden chairs, tables, children's chair, barbecue. Possibility to park 2 cars.
The house is equipped with an integrated kitchen (electric coffee maker, toaster, cookware, crockery, forced air oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, mixer, beater, etc., extension table ( 8 pers) - TV in the kitchen (19''tnt); Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms / sink / WC, living room with table, chairs, armchairs and sofa, a television lounge (32 '' - tnt) with sofa and armchairs, telephone (landline to landline Europe) and internet (wifi) included in the price.
Pets accepted with prior agreement.
Also: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit.
Bath towels not provided.

1st floor: hallway, 2 large bedrooms each with a 160 (2p) bed and office area, 1 shower room / sink / WC.

Very quietly situated, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. walking distance (20 mins there as it’s downhill, good 25 mins uphill on the way back) very nice beach - good for all ages & such a beautiful part of Brittany. Hope to revisit this fabulous coastline.

Lanloup, petit village breton typique à l'écart du flux touristique, à proximité de la côte, de ses sentiers, ses falaises, ses plages ainsi que du petit port de Bréhec. Toutes commodités à proximité à Plouezec et Plouha voire Paimpol à 10 km.
Maison confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Propriétaire disponible et courtois.
