About this villa rental
The villa has an internal surface of 170 square meters (1,830 sq ft) and is surrounded by a large and peaceful private garden with cypresses, olive trees, fig trees and orange trees. The villa is located on the slopes of a hill, and from the property you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the plain up to the port of Viareggio.
This beach house is ideal for holidays for families with children. The outdoor spaces are perfect for being outdoors, for relaxing and for eating outside.
Ground floor:
• L-shaped lounge with fireplace and dining area that opens onto the rear porch, equipped with barbecue grill, and with direct access to the kitchen.
• Kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.
• 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with single beds joined together and one with a bunk bed (ideal for children)
• 1 modern bathroom with tub
A spiral staircase leads to the second floor
Second floor:
• 1 triple room (3 single beds, two of which are joined together)
• 1 bathroom with shower
External:
• Swimming pool of about 12 meters in length (41 x 16.5 ft), with a shallow bottom side for children and a high bottom side with a diving board.
• Pool cabin with full bathroom, 2 showers (one inside the cabin with hot water and one outside with cold water) and relaxation area

Air conditioning in all bedrooms, WiFi connection, barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, telephone, safe, mosquito nets, washing machine.

We enjoyed a very memorable holiday with our three daughters in this beautiful house. Nora and Massimo were both very welcoming and gave us a thorough tour of the house and garden.
The house itself is very nicely laid out and well stocked with everything you might need during a holiday. It is obviously a well-loved holiday home! As the weather got warmer, we really appreciated the air-conditioning in the bedrooms.
The gardens are just spectacular! It is just so private. The pool is just perfect and is not overlooked in any way. It was a great addition to have the pool house for showers after swimming etc. There are plenty of places to sit out for meals or enjoy a book. The gardener comes and goes and keeps everything immaculate.
The setting is wonderful, so private yet so close to shops and other amenities. Easy access to the motorway meant that we had lots of options for day trips.
Thanks for a great holiday! We would love to come back!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2018 mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) für 13 Tage hier verbracht. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen:
Tolles Haus, komplett ausgestattet, liebevoll instand gehalten, sehr nette Vermieter.
Die Lage ist ideal, etwas höher gelegen und daher immer mit etwas Wind, und doch noch nah am Meer. Der Höhepunkt für die Kinder ist natürlich der Pool, an dem es dank Sonnenschirm und Pavillion auch immer Schattenplätze gibt.
Es gibt 2 Terrassen, die wir anhängig von Tageszeit und Sonneneinfall abwechselnd zum Essen, Chillen und zum Sundowner genutzt haben.
Auch die Weitsicht ist traumhaft schön.
Pisa und Lucca sind ca. 30min entfernt und deswegen ideal für spontane Ausflüge, für Siena, Florenz und San Gimignano muss man schon etwas mehr Zeit einplanen.
In Summe können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Nous étions une famille de trois générations venue pour une semaine. La maison, impeccablement propre, est belle, spacieuse et très bien distribuée entre les pièces de jour et les pièces de nuit. Quant à l’immense jardin, il se compose de différentes aires avec une grande pelouse devant le barbecue où nous avions installé le badmington, deux terrasses couvertes, l’une pour le petit-déjeuner, l’autre pour se tenir la journée au frais, et une autre aire de jeux à côté de la grande piscine d’eau salée, surprenante mais bien meilleure pour la santé et qui a remporté tous les suffrages des grands comme des petits. Plus d’yeux rouges qui brûlent ou de peau qui pique.
Chacun a trouvé son bonheur dans cette magnifique résidence située sur une colline au calme mais à un petit quart d’heure de Viarregio, de ses magasins au bord de mer et de ses plages.
Quant aux propriétaires, ils nous ont prodigués à l’accueil plein de conseils pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous sommes tous repartis remplis de merveilleux souvenirs et ne pouvons dès lors que recommander ce lieu de vacances.

Being at Villa Due Palme was like being in Paradise! Located on a hill with beautiful views towards the sea, nestled privately between olive trees and dense woods, I fell asleep at the pool because it was so safe and relaxing.
Inside the home was comfortable and rustic, with even a spiral stair (my favorite) to the private upstairs suite. Wonderful for small or large meals, inside or out, a relaxing living space, well equipped kitchen and plenty of sleeping space.
We WILL go back again and have already recommended it to several of our friends. It gets our highest rating!
