Really lovely and comfortable place. It has all the cooking and washing utensils needed with local restaurants or Coop close by. it was a good base for us to visit Pisa, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta. Given we had a week of bad weather we didn’t see everything we wanted, but in warmer seasons, La Spezia and Cinque Terre would be accessibile too.
Watch your head if you are hall as the 2 bedroom unit ceiling is angled. We hit out heads a few times, but honestly not a criticism but very characteristic of the place.

Very nice and responsive owner, very clean apartment and 5 min from the beach by car or bicycle. Very good value for money.
