About this house rental
Ideally located for exploring the Crozon peninsula, for rent recent modern house (2008) of 110 m2 classified 3 stars furnished with tourism, on 730 m2 land, south exposure, sea view, near Goulien beach (2.5 km ) and the market town of Crozon (1.5 km) and Morgat (3 km).
End of stay cleaning and household linen included!
Goulien beach (5 min by car) is the family beach par excellence because it is very easy to access with its parking lot.

Ch 1 (ground floor): 13 m2, 1 double bed 160 * 200 (bathroom
suite)
Ch 2 (floor) sea view and balcony wooden terrace of 10 m2:
16 m2, 1 double bed 140 * 200
Ch 3 (upper floor): 15 m2, 2 child's beds 90 * 190
1 living room of 40 m2 with TV / DVD player and 2.1 speaker kit / CD player
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped: electric oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, many kitchen utensils and cutlery in abundance. A freezer (105 liters) is located in the garage.

Parking for 2/3 cars
The garden is landscaped and very pleasant. It includes a 20m2 wooden terrace, a wooden table, 6 bistro chairs, a large parasol and armchairs for relaxation, as well as two deckchairs and an outdoor coffee table. A Webber barbecue is also provided!
Children will enjoy a large portico with 2 swings and slide.

Maison super bien située, parfaitement équipée dans un paysage au top. A 2-3 km des plages et à 5 km de la pointe de Dinan, lieu magnifique. Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter.

La maison est à la fois très joliment décorée et très fonctionnelle. Le jardin est superbe. Nous y avons été très bien avec des amis puis en famille avec des enfants. De plus, la localisation très proche des plages du Goulien ou de la Palue et Lostmarch est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter de plages de surf, mais aussi de baignade. Point de départ idéal aussi pour visiter la presqu'ile qui offre pleins de jolies découvertes. Les propriétaires ont été très attentifs à ce que l'on soit bien installés. Bref, merci!
