Magnificent completely secluded granite house located in an delightful spot in Cap de la Chèvre!
Big garden, sea view, this is a regularly renovated house.
All services, modern conveniences, satellite television, internet 3G (reasonable connection included — high-speed internet organised by the town hall is not yet available in February 2015).

There is electric heating and a large fireplace.
The house offers a vast living/dining room. There are three bedrooms in the main house and a large bedroom in the attached house with a small additional living room and satellite TV.
This house will delight nature lovers with exceptional views.
We have no neighbours and the property cannot be looked into from the outside. The house is in the heart of the natural setting of Cap de la Chèvre, on the edge of the bustling village of Rostudel.

Maison très confortable et accueillante. Très belle nouvelle cuisine ! La maison est parfaitement située pour faire des ballades à pied et découvrir la presque Ile de Crozon. Très reposant. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Beautiful house and exceptional environment - magnificent
place for hiking, biking, trips to local towns - the house
was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen and spacious living quarters. Highly recommended

wer wie ich auf der Welt die unberührte Natur sucht, die Ruhe und Einsamkeit,
wer dies in einer häuslich individuellen Umgebung sucht, in der alles vorhanden ist, was zum Genießen erforderlich ist,
wer den Touristenströmen aus dem Weg gehen möchte und deshalb im Herbst es nicht scheut, sich den Kräften der Natur auszusetzen
und wer ein Ohr dafür hat all dem zuzuhören, was der Wind, das Meer und das Haus an faszinierenden Geschichten zu erzählen hat,
findet dies alles hier am Ende der Welt, der Halbinsel Crozon im Haus von Sylvain Trystram,
und er wird wiederkommen, bien sûr.
