Very cosy apartment with many rooms right t the centre of Inverness. The location was excellent and there was also free coffee and tea which we loved.
It was a pretty old house and the bathroom was a little far from the bedroom. Also there was a leak from the roof and there was some water in the corridor but we didn't care much because our room was fine.

Very good location, the room was very cosy and the price was good. I liked the fact that the area is a residential area and it is very quiet and so were the other guests.

James was a lovely host. My family and I had a setback and had to change the booking last minute, and he was very understandable and flexible.

Great location, pleasant enough and very reasonably priced.
Very warm and a bit stuffy, cup was dirty which wasn’t ideal, decor very dated and the tv didn’t work very well. Bathroom was absolutely tiny!
