The room was huge, clean and comfortable. It was nice being in a semi-rural area. The building itself is a beautiful grand old dame. It was great having a microwave and a fridge in the room.
It would have been great to have some cutlery available.

A truly peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for a relaxing escape. The space is warm, calm, and filled with natural light, making it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive. It’s also wonderfully dog-friendly, with plenty of room for your furry companion to feel just as comfortable. A perfect little retreat — I’d happily return. Peaceful and convenient location for Inverness. The room was VERY spacious and a heater had been left for when the hearing went off overnight. Beautiful view of the garden from a stunning bay window - the garden grounds were convenient to walk the dog in. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, small fridge and TV. EXCELLENT value for money, especially for a pet staying (no surcharge).
Mould in the bathroom sealant but apart from that the place was spotlessly clean. No staff present - entry was by key code but pots of instant oats were available in the foyer for breakfast.

Excellent location: peaceful and secluded, while remaining conveniently close to the town centre

Staff were professional and courteous when encountered
Accommodation was comfortable and modern in design
Areas for improvement:
Minor cosmetic wear noted in the room, including scuff marks and visible filler
Bathroom maintenance requires attention, with mould present on silicone sealant
Bathroom flooring was lifting and would benefit from repair
Overall cleanliness could be improved to better reflect the quality of the property
