One mile from Canyon Park on the North shore of Canyon Lake lies a single family building with open floor plan, kitchenette and full bath. Parking for 2 cars with access to additional space for a boat if needed. Queen bed, heat and air conditioning. Sofa sleeper to accommodate additional 2 persons. Plan for a great weekend get-a-way or week long vacation to enjoy the pleasure the hillcountry has to offer. 30 minutes from Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels, 10 minutes from "The Horseshoe" inner tube water floating or rapid rafts. 30 Minutes from the outlet mall in San Marcos,Tx.

the sink, coffee pot & shower were completely covered in hard water stains.the sofa & bed were very, very uncomfortable & the room stayed stuffy & muggy the whole time...over all...not very comfy/cozy at all.
