You are looking for a rental in a quiet and close to the beach, we offer this comfortable bungalow, located on a private and fully enclosed plot of 600 m2 in Penestin / mer, a resort much appreciated by holidaymakers with its 25 km of coastal paths along the wild coast of Morbihan, in southern Brittany.
The rental consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets and has the equipment necessary for the smooth running of your stay:
- The 1st bedroom (master bedroom) is equipped with 160x200 bedding and has its adjoining bathroom with large shower, sink, storage space and WC.
- The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 140x190 bedding.
- The 3rd bedroom is equipped with two 90x190 beds.
- The second bathroom offers a large shower, a sink, storage space and wardrobe.
- A second separate WC.
- The living-dining area consists of a sofa-bench, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with:
* Fridge Freezer
* 4-burner gas hob
* Dishwasher
* Microwave
* Toaster
* Coffee maker
* Kitchen equipment
* Complete tableware
- The tree-lined exterior offers you:
* A large wooden terrace with access for people with reduced mobility
* Table and chairs, parasol,
* Barbecue,
* Shed with small oven, washing machine and extra sink,
* Solarium area with deckchairs and sunbathing
* Parking for two vehicles
We also provide you with iron and ironing board, cot on request, duvets and pillows.
Linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bolsters), as well as towels are not provided.
Penestin sur Mer and its surroundings offer many activities and entertainment:
* Swimming at the beach of Loscolo, one of the sandy bays of Penestin (5 min walk / photo of the ad)
* Fishing on foot at the Goulumer beach or at the Pointe du Bile nearby
* Poudrantais nautical center
* Classified geological site of the Gold Mine

* Kite-surfing and windsurfing in the bay of Pont Mahé, renowned spot

Location en parfait état équipé comme à la maison mais en esprit vacances. Très bon accueil, proche de la plage et grand réseau de chemins pour vélo et pieton. En résumé très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil a été très bien et le bungalow ne manque de rien pour s’y sentir comme à la maison. La région est magnifique. Ce fut un plaisir.
