Familiar and comfortable, fully renovated in 2012 and 2015 100 meters from a small beach with no roads or public road crossing for children. A five minute walk from the harbor and the small Lagaden Larmor Baden center
On the ground floor, living room with open kitchen, sofa bed (good bedding 2015) Bathroom (2012).
Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (2015) and a single bed, a second small cabin room with 2 bunk beds and extra mattresses for a young.
Enclosed garden with wood terrace and garden furniture, unobstructed view of the gulf at 100 meters. Private parking.

Super emplacement et maison plutôt bien équipée (excepté pour le frigo qui est un peu juste en volume pour la capacité de 6 personnes). Peut-être préciser que la baignade à 100m de la propriété n'est possible qu'aux heures de marée haute. Si je peux suggérer un axe d'amélioration ce serait de remplacer les armoires par des étagères. En effet ces armoires sont volumineuses et on ne peut presque rien mettre dedans, même les couettes (par temps chaud on ne s'en sert pas) ne peuvent pas être rangées à l'intérieur. Alors que les plafonds sont plutôt hauts, il serait judicieux de voir comment optimiser l'espace pour poser les sacs de voyages, qui resteraient pleins, en hauteur.

Très agréable séjour en famille dans cette petite maison en bord de mer. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Plages, sentier côtier et village accessibles à pied. Village charmant, avec ses petits commerces et son marché. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Échanges avec le propriétaire aisés et accueil chaleureux sur place.

La maison se trouve dans un lotissement de maisons en grande partie mitoyennes. L'emplacement, proche du centre du village et pratiquement les pieds dans l'eau, est très agréable. Néanmoins, le logement est très petit et s'y retrouver à 4 par temps de pluie doit être pénible. Un ventilateur aurait été appréciable par cette chaleur caniculaire et l'accès à Internet serait très souhaitable.
