Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Loctudy où nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé par notre hôte. La maison était au calme, propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi qui étaient en très bon état.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans une location au top du top avec un propriétaire très sympathique !
Piscine, jacuzzi, ping pong, vélo…et un calme ! Tout était super.

La propriété est bien équipée (piscine, spa, grand jardin, plancha ...) et la localisation agréable (proximité plage, restaurants). Quelques rénovations apportées à la villa à continuer (la douche de l'étage fuit énormément/risque de dégat des eaux!) Mais le propriétaire est une personne désagréable qui fait payer cher le ménage et souhaiterait qu'on le fasse à sa place. Un contact très désagréable à notre départ qui ne nous donne pas l'envie de revenir à cette adresse. Habitué de la location de villa/chalet y compris en Bretagne, nous avons toujours eu des échanges courtois avec les propriétaires. Dans notre échange avec ce dernier, nous avons appris qu'il a eu plusieurs mésaventures/se plaint de précédents locataires. Ce n'est pas une raison pour mettre tous les vacanciers dans le même lot (à voir si ce n'est pas ce dernier qui a des soucis avec ses locataires)
