Lokalita super, výborná restaurace hned v domě za rohem. Skvělý, přátelský personál. Jídlo se daˇ objednat přímo na lehátko na pláž. Čisté okolí a úžasně čistá , průzračná voda. Uččitě se zase vrátíme.
Lepší údržba pokoje.
Pro ubytované hosty v hotelu by mohla být zvýhodněná cena lehátek na pláži, nebo zvýhodněné stravování. Třeba voucher se slevou na snídaně. Ale jinak se nám velice líbilo.

We really liked the location tight next to the beach. The restaurant next to the accommodation, and also one near by were also very nice - good food and good looks.
The weather was very pleasant in October, around 24 °C and sunny. Swimming in the sea was possible.
There is AC in the room (we didn't use it though).
On the terrace there is even clothes horse.
Everyday cleaning and change of sheets and towels by very nice lady!
Parking next to the accommodation (we recommend under the tree, there is shade!).
In general the room would need some improvements and repairs, which I suggest lower, but I must say we enjoyed the stay anyway (since we didn't stay at the room much during the day) and the location right next to the beach and the price outweighs the negatives.
The room is in front of parking so lot of people come around the terrace - didn't bother us, but is good to know.
In the restaurant there are some parties time to time (I guess more during season, we experienced 2 in 10 days), which is then quite noisy in the accommodation. Also some freezer from the neighboring kitchen was hearable during night, but it wasnt something unbearable.
One mattress in the double bed was in really bad shape, very used, uncomfortable and a lot lower (10 cm) than the other mattress. The other single bed is slightly shorter then usual (about 15-20 cm), we didn't mind, but is good to know.
The room and bathroom were quite smelly upon our arrival, needed lot of ventilation.
The sheets amd towels are washed with some parfumed fabric softener, which was not very strong, but still was noticeable. I prefer no parfum, especially fot baby we had with us, so it was a bit annoying.
During breakfast in the near by restaurant they didn't have part of the offered food, they didn't notice me about it and upon request they didn't offer any refund or anything else. A bit sad.
The windows would use some insect screen (mash), since there is a lot of mosquitos coming inside during evening.
The handle on the closet door was broken.
The handle in the bathroom was very loudly squeaking, so it was impossible to close it when the baby was asleep.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja! 10 kroków od plaży. Obiekt położony na obrzeżach Faliraki, 15 minut spacerem do centrum, co powodowało, że okoliczna plaża należała praktycznie tylko do nas :)
Właściciele mili i pomocni. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie.

Ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia, al ristorante Galizio dove si mangia molto bene e ad un parcheggio.
Cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani molto apprezzato e cambio ogni 3 giorni delle lenzuola.
La stanza poteva essere un po' più pulita e offrire qualche servizio aggiuntivo (ad es. microonde).
Manca una porta che divida il bagno dalla stanza, quindi se si accende la luce di notte infastidisci chi dorme.
Alcuni oggetti dovrebbero essere sostituiti o riparati.
Il materasso del letto non era per niente confortevole.
