House ready "to live" 95m2 (5 people max) on one level opening onto 1000m2 of large pines and oaks, extremely quiet, 3mm walk village shops. You will feel "at home" it is My House, it is not a "house for rent".
Discount possible for 2 travelers and according to weather.
This house is not suitable for families with more than 2 children (except if the 3rd is a baby).
Children over 8 years old who must swim. Or ask me for derogation.

Extremely quiet the neighborhood consists of beautiful villas with pools.
You will immediately feel at home in my house on one level with new windows opening on the garden, warm with its vintage decoration of the family objects gleaned from the trips.

Health trail in the pines at 5mm from the house.

Rental of electric bicycles at the tourist office.

Fuveau is located in the heart of the Aix en Provence Golden Triangle (15mm) / Cassis (30mm) / Marseille (30mm).
Many visits, exhibitions, concerts in this region centered on tourism, art and culture.
Hiking:
At 15mm car, hikes all durations (45mm on average), all levels on the Montagne St Victoire. Visits to the villages of the Sainte Victoire Park.

Das Haus von Evelyne ist wunderbar gelegen. Man schaut auf den schönen Ort, dessen Zentrum in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Terrasse mit Swimming-Pool ist ein Traum. Evelyne ist eine sehr zuverlässige und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ruhig in einer Sackgasse und bietet von der schönen Sonnenterrasse einen fantastischen Blick auf Fuveau und die Montagne St. Victoire, der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Evelyne meldet sich auf E-Mails/Anfragen sehr kurzfristig zurück und bei evtl. Problemen hilft ein freundlicher Nachbar. Die beschauliche Altstadt von Fuveau mit vielerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wöchentlich 2 Märkten, Restaurants oder einfach zum Bummeln ist fußläufig in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dank der guten Straßenanbindung ist man schnell in Aix, Marseille oder am Mittelmeer, gleiches gilt für tolle Wandermöglichkeiten an der Montagne St. Victoire, der Montagne St. Baume, im Umfeld des Grand Puech oder an der Verdon-Schlucht. Kurzum ein schöner Urlaubsort!

Very pleased with this villa, with an enchanting terrace view over Fuveau, with the church, lit at night, dominating the skyline, and Montagne Sainte Victoire as a backdrop.
Good location-the village is just a short stroll away- so you can get the early morning croissants very easily.
The pool is a good size, but watch out for the pool robot, which loves to spit at you, and for the sticky resin from the trees, which will stick to your feet if you are not careful!

Wir haben in diesem Haus wunderbare Tage verbracht - die Lage ist ideal für Unternehmungen in und um Aix, Marseille, Cassis und den Calanques. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, die Terrasse mit Pool bietet eine Aussicht, die man sonst selten in Ferienhäusern hat. Leider ist das Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einigermaßen ungepflegt; wir waren auch sehr froh, daß wir einige eigene Handtücher mitgebracht hatten. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung urlaubstauglich und entspricht dem Üblichen.
