It was a great location to get to the activities I needed to get to daily.
Close to lots of restaurants and near nice neighborhood

Convenient location, safe.
You can hear everything in the room, I heard alarms going off, the tv on the next room. the cleaning crew knocking on the door at 9:30 am on a Sunday. Kids being loud on the hallway at 1am on a Sunday. All the channels are in Spanish except for NFL.
