Location was perfect to visit downtown area and El Cerro de las Campanas. Breakfast had a good variety of fruits.
Staff was super attentive and very friendly.
The lights by the bed were not positioned right (normally, the lights should be by the night table for convenience). Other than that, room was comfortable.

The hotel property had a modern vibe, the rooms were clean. It’s located in a plaza with 3/4 eating options.
The cleanliness of the hotel is probably its biggest commendable factor. To navigate to the rooms, you have to use two elevators . This is more a nuisance than an issue.
During my stay, we had some items stolen by housekeeping. The first day we realised it was missing, we decided to look throughly through the room before making accusations. Unfortunately, the items were taken. This was reported to the hotel staff and booking.com but so far no further action has taken place.
