About this apartment rental
It is a holiday resort, popular with our holidaymakers and buyers, in a quiet south-facing location. There is a public beach with a snack bar just 400 m away. The large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, weather permitting open from approx. Mid-June to approx. Early September) and the tennis courts (extra charge). The subtropical plant growth, the gigantic unobstructable sea view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large, sunny balconies are wonderful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the enclosed complex. Free parking is available outside the residence. Note: For our high number of parents in this residence, there are mainly two reasons (quality and rental price): these are usually furnished with tasteful private apartments. Since we have already earned our placement commission for the sale of each apartment, we can now offer you tenants free of charge. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine tolle Lage mit direkter Sicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin hat uns dort empfangen. Die Umgebung war wirklich traumhaft schön um sich zu erholen.

Mooie locatie met een geweldig uitzicht
alles voor handen, veel privacy
Ruime studio ruim balkon waar we met 6 mensen hebben kunnen zitten eten
Inrichting enigszins gedateerd maar in prima conditie
persoonlijk liever een douche dan een bad om in te staan douchen

FeWo in Grossanlage offenbar seit ca. 30 Jahren nicht modernisiert (ausser WiFi, LCD-Lampen & TV), Küchenutensilien wurden teilw. seit Monaten nicht grundgereinigt!! Teilw. laute Nachbarschaft bis tief in die Nacht. Öffentlicher(!) Pool komplett ohne Schatten & freie Liegeflächen - ausser man mietet sich Liegen...
