The staffs are very helpful and friendly, answered our doubts patiently and give very clear guidance on the accessibility. Complementary bus service from hotel to Grindelwald town. Definitely will come back again to stay here

Loved the clean and quiet duplex accommodation for 4 family
stars at night and grandeur in the morning
There was no elevator so a friendly staff helped me.

Family room in itself was great for family with children (duplex floor) . Location is slightly away from center of Grindelwald, and nothing else is nearby. There is a regular bus in day time, but last bus is 6.30pm or so. So may not be the best location if you don't have a car, and want to stay till later in town for dinner or shopping(there is a taxi service but we didn't use that) . Restaurant in hotel was OK. Breakfast buffet spread seemed less than what we are used to.

The staff needs to be more approachable and friendlier. They easily get annoyed when guests asks them questions. Even when opening the main door with my faulty keycard, they got upset and even blamed me for it. Re-train your staff again or else this hotel will become a 1 star hotel in the future.
