It is centrally located, super quiet when I was in my room. 2 bathrooms (1 shower) for 3 rooms, clean. Wonderful rough cotton sheets!

It was very well located, in a popular street in Lucca, neat everything.
My bed was n single bed and it was not in good shape.

For Camino pilgrim..Sensational location. Host very welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Lift for access if stairs a problem. Had everything i needed.
The only thing I would add is a tip for location . A big dark green double door opposite Cafe. Name on the doorbell.

Location was great and owner was very friendly
Other guests very loud both nights and toilet seat cracked and sliding off every use.
