THE CASALE DEL TOMMASINI
Il Casale, surrounded by holm oaks, cork oaks and arbutus trees of the park, Capalbio nature reserve is located halfway up Monte Verro where you can meet all the wild species of the area, includes two main buildings and the oldest one, built before of the '900, is connected to the most recent by means of a corridor: past and present, old and new coexist synergically without confusing and recreating a unique atmosphere.
In the first of the houses you will enjoy a large living room with fireplace, a room with two single beds, a double room with double bed and a toilet.
You'll be surprised by the size of the bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed, large washtub at the foot of the bed and a private bathroom.
Located on the same floor you will find two more bedrooms, one with two and the other with three single beds, and an additional toilet.
In all rooms, you can enjoy cozy and rendered environments such by the presence of wood, the material is used for flooring for both beams to ceiling views. Guests will have a stereo system Bang & Ofulsen, four satellite TV with DVD player and WI-FI.
The most recent house will welcome you in a new living room from which you can access the kitchen, very spacious and equipped with every comfort, and subsequently to the veranda where you can enjoy the sunset.
At the basement there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a laundry room, a storage room, a bathroom, a Hammam and a cinema room with nine seats.
The farmhouse is developed only on a small part of the 19 hectares that surround it in which you will find areas of Mediterranean scrub, olive groves, rose gardens, lavender fields, two vegetable gardens, a chicken coop that will produce fresh eggs every morning. The property overlooks the Fattoria del Marruchetone of the Piaggio-Agnelli family and enjoys a priceless landscape as far as the eye can see on the Maremma hills where there is a wonderful sunset in its changing colors from red and purple. For lovers of contact with nature, it will be possible to walk through the path through the forest where perfumes and unique colors will be possible to reach the village of Capalbio after 2 km, as it will be possible to reach the ancient source of San Bartolomeo through another path. 360 degree landscape from Manciano to Talamone and up to Civitavecchia. In the riding of over 2500 square meters overlooking the Casale will be possible to organize lessons and horse rides, while for the movement of guests is available a jeep Suzuki Santana and a quad Polaris 330 for adventures in the woods.
