About this apartment rental
Colorful apartment on the fourth floor with lift, complete with living room with sofa bed and table; cooking area equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster etc; "green" triple room with double and single bed, complete with wardrobe, reading table, luggage rack; "blue" double room with double bed, complete with wardrobe, reading table, luggage rack; "yellow" room with two single beds and wardrobe; main bathroom with shower and washing machine; second bathroom (without shower); large private terrace accessible from the living room overlooking the Viale where you can have breakfast. Under the house there is a bank with ATM, in front of the house you will find the tram stop T1 line direct to Venice historic city every 10 min, next to the building you can take your children to the playground and in two minutes by tram you will reach the "San Giuliano" Park of the city, which directly overlooks the lagoon, excellent for jogging and walking. On foot you can reach the center of Mestre, every type of restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, cinema, theater, hospital, city market, etc.

Superbe et grand appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'appartement. Bien équipé pour accueillir un bébé, chaise haute et lit.
Très facile de se rendre à Venise, tramway qui passe au 10-15min devant la maison.
Beaucoup de services à proximité. Quartier tranquille.

Grand appartement au 4e étage. Lumineux, bien aéré et climatisé. Bien insonorisé. Ligne directe de tram T1 pour Venise en face de l'immeuble. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Vaste terrasse avec table et chaises pour apéro et repas. Parking privé au pied de l'immeuble, très pratique.

Eine Wohnung mit Platz für deutlich mehr als 2 Personen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie der Empfang vor Ort klappten hervorragend. Man wohnt städtisch mit exzellenter Anbindung an das Zentrum Venedigs.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung entspricht den Bildern aber nur weil es bunt aussieht, ist es nicht unbedingt zweckmäßig.
Positiv ist es, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu haben, um mit der Straßenbahn, die direkt gegenüber der Wohnung hält, schnell nach Venedig fahren zu können. Auch der Bäcker direkt gegenüber ist von Vorteil.
Die bunten Stühle in der Küche laden aber nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein, hart und unvorteilhaft geformt. Das gilt auch für die dunklen Plastikterrassenstühle. Da diese den ganzen Tag, wie der Tisch, in der Sonne stehen, kann man seine Hände und Arme nicht ablegen. Es ist kein weisser Tisch wie auf dem Foto. Auch gibt es keine Auflagen, daher nur mit Handtuch zu gebrauchen. Ein paar Euro mehr bei der Anschaffung hätten viel gebracht.
Die Espresso Kaffeemaschine ist rund am Boden durch den dauerhaften Gebrauch und hat den Kontakt zur Herdplatte verloren. Wie haben eine kleine Kaffeemaschine gekauft, um wenigstens zum Frühstück Kaffee zu haben.
Es gibt kein Radio in der Wohnung und der TV spielt nur italienische Sender, klar man ist in Italien, aber zeitgemäß ist das für ein Wohnung die von einer Agentur angeboten wird, nicht mehr. Insgesamt könnte man mit wenig Einsatz viel für seine Gäste erreichen. Wer sich daran nicht stört, hat hier ein befriedigendes Angebot.
