I would like to offer you maximum hospitality in this city which stands as an antechamber of the unique and magical Venice but which also maintains the identity of an urban reality with services, residential districts and important economic and productive realities combined with historical testimonies of significant importance.
The Holidays Apartment Toti is an 85 m2 apartment on the first floor of a building located in a very central but quiet and secluded area of Mestre; It is located in via Toti on the side of two main arteries of the city: viale Garibaldi on the left and via Ca Rossa on the right
The Holidays Apartment Toti has been completely restored and furnished with taste and refinement by alternating modern furniture combined with period pieces.
It consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with table for 4/6 people, a large living room with sofa bed and a Nordic-style table for 4/6 people, double bedroom with a large wardrobe, bedroom with sofa bed that converts into a double bed , a corridor to the sleeping area with a walk-in closet and a decorated Tyrolean wardrobe with two doors and a private bathroom with shower.
An area for smart working has been created in the Holidays Apartment TOTI.
It is entirely available for guests who wish to stay in the structure
The Holidays Apartment TOTI is ideal for guests arriving by plane, train, international bus and ship as it is located in the central area of the city of Mestre and is well served by shuttle buses or city buses which from the place of arrival lead to the vicinity of the Holidays Apartment TOTI. Before your arrival I will provide you with all the information to reach the Holidays Apartment TOTI in the best and most convenient way.
Guests who reach the Holidays Apartment TOTI by bicycle will be able to park it in complete safety in the garage of the property.
I collaborate with a taxi service which, after appropriate planning, can pick you up or take you to the desired destinations.
The Holidays Apartment TOTI does not have a reserved parking space. The parking of the vehicle can be found in the street facing the Holidays Apartment TOTI or in the parallel streets. Parking is free and not for a fee.
It is also possible to park in the municipal stalls (marked by blue lines) which are subject to a fee or in the paid exchange car park which is located near the host and of which I can provide you with the map before your arrival or at check-in.
A few minutes from home, in Via Ca Rossa it is possible to take the tram which will take you to Venice in half an hour
The tourist tax is paid at 4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights.

Excellent location, lovely property. The quintessential Italian home. Very clean, spacious, comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Beautiful neighborhood and close proximity to markets and restaurants. Venice only 20 minutes by tram. Our host kindly provided complimentary tickets to Venice. We enjoyed our stay very much.
