We had such a great stay at Maison La Saxe in Courmayeur. From the moment we got there, the host was super nice and welcoming. It honestly made everything feel easy and comfortable right away. Breakfast was amazing every morning, with a really good variety. Definitely something we looked forward to each day. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had that perfect Chamonix charm and alpine vibe. You can tell they really care about the little details and making sure guests have a good experience.
Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% recommend it. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely, full of character house in a beautiful village. Quiet location, easy walk to the centre. Lovely friendly hosts, who were very accommodating, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a huge suite in this 300-year old building that had been lovingly refurbished a few years ago.. The quality of the refurbishment was exceptional and true to the original construction, retaining such features as natural stone, wooden beams, and stucco walls. The bathroom was totally modern but had a natural stone floor. The room had coffee, windows that open, and views of the surrounding area. The hosts/owners also provide laundry service and a truly exceptional breakfast. The location is adjacent to the TMB. The neighborhood has the typical medieval look and feel and could scarcely be more charming.
Disliked · Not disklikes really, but things to bear in mind. The area is about 10 minutes walk to downtown Courmayeur, which might put some people off. There are a few closer dining options. Also the suite is a 3rd floor walk-up.
