Our rooms were clean and spacious. Food at breakfast and dinner very good.
Communal areas were comfortable and wellness spa a nice treat.
Shuttle to and from the gondola made getting to ski area easy.
The rooms were very hit and we couldn’t turn the heating down. Having windows open meant road noise.

Room was a good arrangement with a mezzanine for children's bedspaces and view of mountains
Bathroom fine and shower good

Staff very helpful
Breakfast was good for family of 4 with 12 and 15 year old girls
Dining room and bar family friendly for all ages
Only minor things.
Scrambled eggs at breakfast generally cold.
Shuttle bus good and driver very helpful but busy at peak times. Driver always did his best.
Path from hotel to town could be made better to avoid puddles.
