Large and bright apartment located 20 meters from the Lake, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living kitchen and terrace overlooking the lake, private parking. It is located adjacent to a boat club with the possibility of water sports, walk in two minutes and carratteristico the small fishing village of Castelletto, with all services available, bank, bar, kiosk has good restaurants, and boats can be rented sailing, motor and speed boats.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom lakeside villa. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a small supermarket. However advertised as 2 bathroom but the second bathroom was only a toilet and handbasin. A bit inconvenient with 4 adults sharing 1 bathroom as such. Also third bedroom with 2 single beds was a walkway thru to the back patio. However we really loved the location with a great view over the lake. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy. The view was absolutely amazing. Everything was just as pictured. Everything you need is within walking distance. Short drives to some of the other Lake Garda towns made for good day trips. Bus conveniently goes right past as well.

We loved our stay in brenzone! Tulum was an excellent host. She provided us with a lot of great information hikes, touring, and restaurants.The apartment was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and had a spectacular view. A perfect place for our three days in lake garda.

This is a spacious apartment on the outskirts of Brenzone, a small village. A few nice local restaurants, one very fine restaurant, a fish seller and a small supermarket complete the town. The apartment is large and comfortable, but it could do with some improvements to brighten it up. Kitchen was very basic and not well equipped. With a little spruce up it would be a very nice place to stay. A good base for visiting the more interesting towns along the lake.
