Very good contact with Ana from Happy Rentals. She was supportive and helping us with everything. Reaction time was also very quick.
Fantastic view from the balcony.
The bedroom beds were comfy.
It's all details which I'm sure the owner will improve fast.
The beds in the saloon were very uncomfortable.
Couple of things were not working due to the floods in previous weeks (dishwasher, washing machine in the apartment, one of the lights). Electrician was working on it while we arrived.
The appartment could be cleaned better. There was a lot of dust/spider webs in several places (under beds, behind TV, etc.).
Due to the high ceiling there was also quite a lot of flying bugs (don't know the names). They were not hurting anyone but they were annoying due to the big size.
There is nothing next to the apartment (no shops, no restaurant), so if you plan to walk to the restaurant every night - this is not the appartment for that. :) If you have a car, it's not an issue, closest village is around 3km from the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ein Kaffee am Morgen auf dem Balkon war ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Den Sonnenaufgang auf der gegenüberliegenden Bergseite zu beobachten war unbeschreiblich. Selbst der Pool war noch in Betrieb und wurde in den ersten Tagen genutzt.
Ab und an hört man sehr stark die Bewohner der oberen Wohnung die nicht gerade zu den leisen Menschen gehörten.

Poloha ubytování komunikace se správcem
Pár hodin před ubytováním nám bylo oznámeno že byla bouře a nějaké spotřebiče nefungují. Klimatizace s ubytování fungovala ale pouze pokaždé v jednom pokoji nešlo je využívat obě na jednou museli jste si zvolit jestli chcete mít teplo v ložnici nebo v obýváku. Pohovka v obýváku byla sice rozkládací ale spát se na ní nedalo. Jakmile jste si lehli v prostředku se celá prohla a leželo se jak v kolébce s nohami nahoru takže za nás strašné. Indukce moc nefunguje … voda na těstoviny se ohřívá déle jak 40 minut a ještě se nesmělo používat více jak jeden spotřebič najednou. Jinak hrozilo vyhození pojistek.
