About this apartment rental
Delightful apartment on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a prestigious and ancient building in one of the most beautiful streets in the center of Genoa. Consisting of a large living area with open kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and shower with chromotherapy. A small balcony overlooks the Via XXV Aprile below. The apartment is very bright, finished and with attention to the smallest details; it has been recently equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, sheets, towels, TV, DVD player, free wi-fi, air conditioning). The beds are a double bed and a sofa bed for one and a half.
The apartment is located a two-minute walk from the bus and metro stop in Piazza De Ferrari and a large public car park. The Carlo Felice Opera House, Palazzo Ducale, Via Garibaldi with the museums of Strada Nuova, the Church of the Gesù, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo are just a step away. The Aquarium and the Old Port can be reached on foot in 10 minutes walking through the historic center or the pedestrian Via San Lorenzo. The whole area is full of shops, clubs, typical restaurants, pizzerias and historic shops. From the Porto Antico boats leave for Camogli, Portofino and the Cinque Terre.

We very much enjoyed our apartment in Genoa. Having the elevator was a bonus with luggage. The apartment was just as expected. We enjoyed having the well stocked kitchen. I would recommend this property
