Il gestore Giorgio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha accolti personalmente dandoci tutte le istruzioni.
L'appartamento è molto grande, comodo e funzionale, anche se l'arredamento è un po' datato.
Ci sono tre spaziose camere da letto tutte dotate di condizionatore.
Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina, essendo rimasti una sola notte, ma ci è sembrata attrezzata di tutti.
I letti sono comodissimi!
Tutto perfetto, come detto l'arredamento è piuttosto datato, non è presente il piatto doccia ma la vasca. La doccia sarebbe sicuramente più comoda.

Ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der einen auch persönlich in Empfang nimmt und sich wirklich kümmert . Die Wohnung ist groß und gepflegt, nicht ganz modern, dafür fühlt man sich wie bei Italienern zuhause.
Im ehemaligen Kinderzimmer wären weichere Matratzen gut. Die Parkplatzsituation ist manchmal schwierig, vor allem abends. Das Bad ist eher klein und der Zugang zur Badewanne trotz Türe nicht einfach.

The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming and told us about local restaurants and bars, and helped explain everything in the apartment such as the oven and the air conditioning system. They were also incredibly helpful when we misplaced my friend's passport, as well as when we had a power-cut in the apartment, which was quickly fixed by the owners.
Choosing to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel was a brilliant idea as we were able to make ourselves home cooked meals with fresh Italian ingredients from local supermarkets, and also go out for meals some nights when we wanted to treat ourselves.
The apartment is also located about a 15 minute walk from the train station, and we used this to our advantage to go to Genoa city centre a couple times, which is very good for markets and vintage shops. The train prices were very cheap compared to overpriced British train prices, which was refreshing. Unfortunately we missed going to the famous aquarium as it closes at 8pm, but the last entrances are at 6pm.
The only thing that was a problem was the shower, as every time we used it, it would leak under the bathroom door and into the hallway, however this was easily combated with a towel that we were able to wash afterwards in the washing machine. This did not impact how much we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Pegli - we all had a wonderful time.

Apartman is huge and also very clean. Equipped with ice cool climatizaton. Giorgio is a really friendly guy who is always ready to help. We modified our arriving time, also we had some traffic issue and delayed ~1 hour, it wasn't a problem for him. Highly recommended to anyone..
