Colazione abbondante e variegata.
Appartamento più grande di come ci aspettavamo, veramente pulitissimo e super attrezzato.
Al nostro arrivo nel pomeriggio l'appartamento era freddo e non siamo riusciti a fare la doccia.
Al nostro ritorno dopo cena, era ben riscaldato.

The location is secluded and quiet, perfect for a getaway, and easily accessible! A few neighboring villages to explore, in of my new favorites was Luccia, the ghost town worth exploring!!

Si tratta di una struttura situata in una posizione molto tranquilla, in alta collina, circondata dal verde. All'esterno una bella piscina (di cui però non abbiamo fruito), un barbecue e un comodissimo parcheggio. L'appartamento ha una zona giorno molto ampia con angolo cottura e tv. La cucina era adeguatamente attrezzata. Bagno pulito. Camera da letto confortevole (con un buon materasso). L'arredamento è un pochino datato, ma comunque funzionale e pulito

Property is located surrounded by nature with direct access to the wild river. Also the pool was great. You can do day excursions directly from the property that fill one or two days, for example a little hike from the bridge in Pompiglio to the suspended bridge along the wild river.
Overall the property was not well tended, the apartments are rather old with doors and windows not closing properly. I had expected the private terrace of the apartment to be attached directly to the apartment, but it's a shared area in the entrance area of the apartments where each apartment has it's own table. I did not find sitting there very comfortable. There were some minor things that made the stay overall not so comfortable, for example there were alot of bees and leaves in the pool. Of course this happens in an outdoor pool, but once a day the staff could remove them. I was certainly disappointed by the dinner offered. The food was at most average in taste and originality, small portions and very expensive, I would definitely not recommend to order it. Finally, regarding driving to Lucca, Pistoia or the sea, the property is not located conveniently, it's about 50 minutes curvy road to Lucca or Pistoia. Of course this is not the fault of the property, you just have to check the location carefully to make sure that it is what you want.
