From the check-in to the hotel bar and the breakfast the next morning, the staff was most welcoming and accommodating!
We celebrated my mum's 70th birthday here and I had let the staff know about it and the fact that we were travelling with 2 little kids.
All the staff were incredibly kind with the kids and wished my mum a happy birthday whenever they saw her.
The rooms were modern and the beds were very comfy, the breakfast was excellent too!

Location was just a 5 min walk from the main square. Public parking garage directly beside the hotel. Got the top floor in the hotel so very spacious. Bathroom and room very modern, spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay when visiting the Black Forest. There was a festival on when we stayed (mid-September) which was very enjoyable and great to see so many people in the city enjoying themselves. Would return!
