Perfect location, walking distance to best restaurants. The only downside: a bit noisy in the evening with the windows open. Great to see they have Smart TV, you can log on with your Netflix etc (should change the remote though, as the OK/enter key is not working properly (overused I guess). Good couch, good bed, good bathroom. All in all, very good.
No elevator, so make sure you do not have luggage you can not carry for a flight (or a few) of stairs.

Very spacious and clean. The couch that served as a bed was very big and comfortable.

The apartment is nice.
Extremely loud and noisy — buses run day and night, without a single quiet moment.
