Lovely cottage lots of space I liked the gardens and the paddock where the trampoline was the pool was a very good size with all the changing facilities very clean and tidy, I enjoyed the location not that far to the beaches town etc
The beds were comfy and the linen was soft and white.
Some of the furnishings need a little up date.

Location great, hosts great, pool very good set booking times perfect. Kids loved the farm surroundings.
Master bedroom double and two singles, double could do with some TLC very noisy when you get in or moved, grandkids thought it was funny

The location was great
The cleanliness was awful. The property had not had a good clean in quite some time.
The last night of our stay, one guest was bitten with bedbugs.
